Technology Support

support photoCCA students, faculty, and staff are welcome to contact the Educational Technology Services (ETS) department for technology support, advice, and guidance.  ETS professional staff are available during regular College hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM—5:00PM.

During fall and spring semesters, lab staff hours on both campuses are extended to 11PM in San Francisco, and 6:00PM in Oakland.  Student Lab Monitors are on duty during daytime and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.  Media Center hour are also extended on both campuses to 10:00PM in San Francisco, and 8PM in Oakland.
