Here's a quick new way to get help with your computer when and where you need it. ETS has partnered with TeamViewer to enable remote access to your CCA staff computer. Upon your request, our Helpdesk Team will be able to take remote control of your machine to troubleshoot and resolve problems. 

What you need to do:

Download and save TeamViewer QuickSupport and follow the instructions.

URGENT: Macintosh High Sierra (10.3) Security Flaw

If you have upgraded your Macintosh computer to High Sierra (10.3), please update your Macintosh with the latest security patch released this morning, 12/29.

DETAILS:

Yesterday, 12/28, a major security flaw was discovered in High Sierra Apple’s latest Macintosh operating system released on September 5th. Earlier versions are not affected.

National Cybersecurity Awareness Month: Stop.Think.Connect.

As October marks the 11th anniversary of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM), ETS recognizes that safe online practices are the shared responsibility of our entire community. It is our mission to actively educate the CCA community on these issues, and provide services to keep our campus safe from phishing and other intrusions into our digital environment.

Potential problems logging into campus systems from 5 to 7pm, Monday, June 22

Monday, June 22nd, ETS will be rolling out improvements to our campus identity management system.
