April 27th: Email Phishing Attempt

Wednesday, April 27th: Today a fairly large number of CCA staff and faculty received a phishing message with the subject, CCA IT Notification!. Many of you noticed the warning signs such as the use of a false URL, phony logos, etc. and reported it to the real Educational Technology Services (ETS) CCA Helpdesk.

What Do I Need to Do?

If you have already found and deleted the message no further action is required, if not, please do so.

If you filled out and submitted the form on the phishing website it very important that you contact the CCA Helpdesk immediately at helpdesk@cca.edu, or call 510.594.5010 so that we can help you take action to minimize the risk to you and the college.
